OnePoint Solutions, LLC was founded in 2008, with the goal of leveraging our extensive relocation experience to build and license a technology platform that would address the unique needs of companies offering lump sum relocation programs.
In 2012, we launched our own, innovative OnePoint Advantage program, focusing exclusively on lump sum relocation service assistance and employee-wide discount programs, A.K.A. Affinity.
In 2022 we have circled back to our roots and have developed MarketPoint, a white-labeled affinity and referral management technology platform that provides a clear and easy pathway to success for any real estate broker or relocation company who seeks to serve the lump sum and affinity marketing sectors. We also adapted our affinity web site, OnePointAdvantage.com to address the needs of the individual agent, team leaders and brokers who want to grow their business but need the tools to do it!
About Our President & Founder
Kim Cunningham has been serving the real estate and relocation market sector since 2003 developing affinity platforms from scratch for the different brokers and clients throughout the years. “I’ve seen all the mistakes and understand why most affinity programs fail to get results.”
A serial entrepreneur, she has a passion for developing solutions for the unmet needs of the market. Leveraging technology where appropriate, deploying a solid service approach, and engaging with service partners that we depend on to deliver a robust high-quality affinity program throughout North America.
